How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 48 hours. During peak periods (holiday seasons or sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement if they haven’t been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, please reach out to us at info@ateliersolene.com to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay and PayPal.
What’s the return process?
At Atelier Solene, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If your item is defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange. If you’re not satisfied: EU Customers: You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return (legal minimum per EU Consumer Rights Directive). For other regions: Notify us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Exceptions: Earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable. All items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as shipped. Contact us at info@ateliersolene.com for assistance.
How much is the return shipping fee?
For defective items, return shipping fees are covered by us. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Atelier Solene pieces looking their best: 1. Avoid exposure to chlorine—it can corrode metals and damage stones. 2. Apply perfumes or lotions before putting on jewelry. 3. Clean with a soft cloth to remove dirt or makeup. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners. 4. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent tarnishing.
Do you offer a warranty?
